This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Odd Spot ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information the App itself collects

Odd Spot does not require an account and does not ask you for any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Your game data — high scores, daily streak, unlocked achievements, selected tile theme, and sound/haptics settings — is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to us or any server. Uninstalling the App removes this data.

2. Third-party advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process certain information, including:

• Your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID)
• Device information (e.g. device model, operating system version)
• General, approximate location derived from IP address
• Information about ad interactions (impressions and clicks)

This data is used to deliver and measure advertising, including personalized or non-personalized ads where applicable. We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of Google. 3. Children's privacy

Odd Spot is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.

4. Your choices

• You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads (Android), where you can also delete or reset your Advertising ID.
• You can remove all locally stored game data by using "Reset progress" in the App's settings, or by uninstalling the App.

5. Data security

Game data is stored locally on your device. Data transmitted by the ads SDK is handled by Google over encrypted connections.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
